How long does an order take?

Ready-to-ship and one-off pieces are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order and custom pieces are shipped within 1–2 weeks, unless otherwise stated.

Any expected delays will be communicated in advance.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?

  • South Africa (Standard Delivery): 1–3 business days
  • International (FedEx): 3–7 business days, depending on the destination

Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.


Sizing

What is sizing like?

A size chart is available under the Size Guide.


Crochet and knit garments naturally stretch:

  • For a tight fit: choose your usual size
  • For a looser fit: size up


Knitted items are stretchier than crocheted items and may appear smaller when laid flat, but will stretch to fit your body when worn. Over time, garments may relax slightly while maintaining their overall shape.

Is sizing customizable?

Yes. We understand that everyone’s proportions are unique.

You may include special sizing requests in the provided field when adding the product to your cart.


 

Changes & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email or DM us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel your order.

Changes can be accommodated within 3 days of placing the order. After this period, changes may not be possible if preparation or shipping has already begun.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted if the item is lost in transit, damaged, or faulty.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is an issue. All items are inspected and photographed before shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
